Bright and early on Monday morning the fence men returned. I showed them where I wanted the fence and they got started digging holes for the posts and setting the fence sections in place. I left for lunch and when I came back they had deviated from the plan a bit. They offered to move the posts, but after taking a look I told them it was fine as it was. I did, however, make sure to watch the placement of the gate near the pump. I wanted that to be set at an angle so the fence section that butted up to the deck on the house was straight and left room to service the pool heater. They did a fine job and were done by 3:30. They gave me an extra set of keys for the gates, some touch-up paint and some extra post caps. They said the job went very well... no problems with stones or cutting into lines or pipes. We were pleased with the black aluminum fence we had chosen. Once the landscaping was done and the lawn reseeded, it would disappear. The fence guys said they like it too since the holes required for installation were easier to dig than those for a split rail fence.
