Longwood Garden Overview
Longwood Garden, a mecca for garden lovers worldwide, has over 1,050 landscaped outdoor acres and 20 indoor gardens including the heated conservatory, the main fountain garden, Italian water garden and an open air theatre. A garden treasure, Longwood attracts more than a million visitors a year from all corners of the world. Longwood Gardens is open every day, year-round with special seasonal displays and events.

Longwood Garden Events
Longwood hosts more than 400 performing arts events each year, including concerts on the mammoth Longwood Organ and theatrical performances in the open air theatre. Click for Longwood's Calendar of Events

Longwood Garden Hours of Operation
Gardens: 9am - 5pm November - March; 9am - 6pm April - October.
Conservatory: 10am - 5pm November - March; 9am - 6pm April - October.

Longwood Garden General Admission - Individual Tickets
$16 for adults
$14 for Seniors (62+)
$6 for Students ages 5-20
$2 for children ages 6-15
Free for children 4 and under.
General admission tickets are good for an entire day and include regular displays and concerts, but not some specially ticketed events.

Handicap Accessible
Wheelchairs are available free at the Security Desk.

Longwood Garden Camera Policy
Photography is permitted. Tripods for non-commercial photography are permitted, 9am -11am, weekdays, with permits available from the Security Desk at the Visitors Center.

The Terrace Restaurant
Full-service and cafeteria dining. Open daily and on evenings for holiday displays, fountain shows and summer concerts. Reservations suggested. Call 610.388.6771.

Longwood Gardens is located on U.S. Route 1 at Pennsylvania Route 52, three miles northeast of Kennett Square, PA, via Route 1 and 12 miles north of Wilmington, DE, via Route 52 (the Kennett Pike).
